What happens if I get sick?

Our goal is to ensure that our clients have the best experience during their trip. If you were to feel unwell, we will immediately send you information regarding the nearest healthcare provider or pharmacy. From there, you will be treated by a professional. Sadly, the money you paid will not be refunded if you trip was cut short . 

 

What happens if there is a new COVID outbreak?

In this scenario, we will follow CDC guidelines for air travel. You will be required to quarantine for 14 days upon landing at the destination. After the quarantine period, you will be asked to take a COVID test. You will be released for the experience after a negative COVID result is presented. 

 

Is security provided?

We want to ensure a very safe trip while you are learning. There will be security at the airport and the hotel you will be staying at. However, when moving around the city at your own time, there will be no security provided. 

Are meals provided?

Yes, meals are covered with the package you purchased. Cuisine will be themed upon the location your internship is taking place at to provide a complete traveling experience.

 

What should I do if I want a refund?

You can only receive a refund if there is no flight to your destination.  Please send a message towards our company email at verise2022@gmail.com. Subject: Client Name Refund. We will do our best to respond to you as soon as possible. 

 

What should I do if my flight gets cancelled?

In the case that your flight gets cancelled, don’t panic and please contact us as soon as you can so we can schedule the best possible flight time for you. 

What should I do if I forget some last minute things? 

Please create a checklist of everything you may need a week before you leave, to avoid missing any major items. If you happen to forget some necessary items, we advise that you try purchasing them when you land in the country, however these items would be paid out of your own pocket.  

 

What should I do if I want to change the package I purchased?

You must notice us about your change a month before your scheduled flight so we can help switch you to another package. Please send a message towards our company email at verise2022@gmail.com. Subject: Client Name Change Package. We will do our best to respond to you as soon as possible. 

 

How would we pay for our purchases at our experience destination? 

Any purchases made at the experience destination will be out of your own pocket. If your currency isn’t the same as the experience destination, we can help you locate the nearest bank to convert the currency.

 

What happens if I lose something during my trip?

We will not cover any items you lose during your experience, so please make sure you keep a close eye on your belongings.
