Executive Department
The Executive Department, composed of the CEO Angelina Dragan and the COO Gwendolyn Oh, have managerial responsibility within our firm. They collaboratively bring the team together and they are responsible for putting plans, ideas, and rules into effect and also play a huge role in making sure everything in the firm is running smoothly. Both Angelina and Gwendolyn have delegated their team and have acted as leaders during their time at Internships with NAF and Chief Outsiders.
Finance Department
The Finance Department plays a crucial role in the function of our firm. This firm is led by Dexter Jandoc, who has a passion for accounting and has managed finances at his part time job. They are responsible for controlling all of RISE’s finances, some of which include paying the employees, managing loans and fixed expenses, setting up employee 401K's, etc. They also conduct research to determine the best price points for our service.
Social Media/Design Department
The Social Media and Design Department creates eye-catching visuals for the promotion of our firm. This firm is led by Kimberly Zhinin and Shirley Viri who both maintain social media accounts and have implemented effective designs to boost their branding. They create all of the firm’s graphic content, most of which is shared on our social media platforms. They manage all social media accounts, and are responsible for updating our clients on the newest drops, events, and introducing the members of our firm. The social media/ design team plays a huge role in increasing the popularity of our firm and creating a positive image for our firm in the media.
Human Resources Department
The Human Resources Department is responsible for creating policies and workplaces rules that the employees must abide by. Led by Janice Merino, they delegate any issues present in the workplace between employees. The Human Resources department is a reachable team that can help with any problem, personal or workplace related. They play a large role in making sure RISE is a close knit community, this is specifically accomplished through team building activities.
Marketing Department
The Marketing Department is responsible for conducting research on our target market and establishing the best way to reach our audience. This department is led by Madelynn Oh who served as Chief of Marketing during her business competition. Through her effective strategies she was able to make it to finals and place 2nd. They work hand in hand with social media to effectively promote our services. In addition, they maintain a good relationship with our clients by regularly sending out emails to show our appreciation for their support. They also work to create a good relationship with other VE firms by making sales deals. All in all, the Marketing department is a crucial part of RISE and is the link between the firm and the clients.
Technology Department
The Technology Department is responsible for making sure all technological aspects of our firm are functioning. This includes the employees’ POS systems for trade shows, cameras, microphones, etc. Most importantly, the technology department works to make sure our website is available to our clients, and is free of any issues. This department is run by Kelly Wong, who is beyond qualified to take on the role of Chief Technology Officer. She is detail-oriented, which plays a major factor in allowing her to construct an elaborate website for the firm. Overall, the Technology department makes sure that all the relevant information about RISE is available to customers on the website.
Community Department
The Community Department is led by Cristina Castro, who maintains the link between RISE and its neighborhood. She takes initiative and works to establish a connection between RISE and the real world. This department plays a large role in helping to enforce the morals of the firm. This involves contributing to important causes and raising awareness through fundraisers, and interacting with the school population by implementing a newsletter and a buddy program.

Rebecca Lee
Rebecca has played a major role in the early development of RISE, devoting her time and creativity in designing our company logo and creating our teaser video. She has also had a large part in developing our social media outlets.

Cristina Castro Espinoza
Cristina has always given a helping hand around the RISE office no matter how big or small the task is. Her personality always lightens up the firm, the moment she steps into the office. She played a huge role in setting up the Breast Cancer Walk of October 2021 and hosted multiple bake sales to donate to the Make A Wish Foundation.

Madelynn Oh
Madelynn has dedicated a great deal of time to perfecting the company's marketing plan, finalizing what is the best action plan for the company. She assisted the design departments with the creation of service flyers and commercials.

Pasang Sherpa
Pasang has set in a great of time to contribute to the marketing plan this month, researching our target market and destination COVID regulations. She also helped contact firms to create a direct line of communication both nationally and internationally.

David Lopez
David has helped brighten up our company environment with his positive energy. He also helped assemble the company's December Newsletter, incorporating his creative and organizational skills.
